Custom Mobile Bases

Can’t find an HTC Dedicated Mobile Base to suit your machine or were you looking for something more dedicated then a Universal Mobile Base? No worries, we can design and build a Custom (pre-welded) Mobile Base to fit your needs. Follow the instructions below to begin the submission process. 


1. The Dimensions:
Find the “footprint” for the item to be mobilized and enter the dimensions:

A. inches x  B. inches  x  C. inches (if applicable)


2. The Style:
Choose the style from the bases below you think you’ll need. HTC can assist you in choosing a style if you wish. (click on the image for a larger view).

3. The Weight:
Approximate or look in your owner’s manual to determine the weight of your machine and select one of the following.

A Standard-Duty base (offers up to 475lbs. of support)
A Heavy-Duty base (offers 476 to 1000 lbs. of support)
An Extra Heavy-Duty base (offers over 1000 lbs. of support)

 


4. Notes:
Write a general description of your shop item below including brand name, model number, and serial number of the shop item. Note any other incongruities that may affect your item for example, are the dimensions of the extension table legs significantly wider than the dimensions of the saw cabinet etc.

Our exclusive, 3-point self-leveling system requires no tilting or adjusting. Two rigid wheels with foot operated locking mechanism, and multi-position floor lock make moving your machine in any direction effortless. Your machine is held 3/4" off the floor at all times, eliminating the need to recalibrate any important settings.
