Few operations are more difficult than wrestling a giant sheet of plywood or MDF (or any long piece of lumber) through a cabinet table saw...alone. If you're lucky enough to have a helper standing by to lend a hand, it's no problem. But more often than not, you're working alone.
In those cases, Outfeed Rollers deliver immediate improvements in safety and accuracy, especially when you're working by yourself. By providing support (at least 48" past the blade) - and the ability to support large panels and long boards - dangerous blade jams, binding and kickbacks are significantly reduced.
For use on most brands of cabinet saws including those with sliding tables.

Operation and set-up is quick and easy with HTC Outfeed Rollers... Lifts quickly into position - and locks - with a single motion. Just lift up on the outboard end of the rollers and the special folding Support Arm drops into position, ready to provide ample support for up to 200 lbs. No tools required. Extends your Saw Table a full 4' beyond the blade. Provides more than enough extra support to easily balance an 8' long panel after it's been ripped. Features a unique, two-position cam action to handle all types of cuts. Allows you to set the outfeed rollers so they're flush with your workpiece - or your Miter Gauge (or fixture) Guide Bar. See drawings below for clarification.
Cam action keeps the roller table parallel with saw table at all times. When the rollers are in the "up" position, they are in alignment with the surface of your saw table.
When the rollers are in the "down" position, they are 3/8" lower...and in alignment with the bottom edge of your miter gauge (or fixture) bar.
